On the 27th December 2013 Tony Miller-Greenman & Michael Leith will embark on an epic 920km paddle from Brisbane to Sydney to promote men's mental and physical health and they are looking for water safety and support from NSW Clubs.
The guys are spreading the word that the best way to avoid chronic disease and illness is to keep physically fit and eat a nutritious diet.
Whilst in Sydney, the crew are looking for support from people on paddleboards, surf skis, surf boats, IRBs or jetskis in the area of their respective clubs. Support crews will also encourage people to get out on the water and get active.
People can join for a whole day, 1 hour or 10 minutes. It will all contribute to raising awareness for depression and chronic disease, as well as the swim between the flags message.
