Round 2 of NSW IRB Competition Heads to Batemans Bay
The second round of the NSW IRB (Inflatable Rescue Boat) Premiership heads to Batemans Bay this weekend.
Batemans Bay SLSC along with the ongoing support of Eurobodalla Shire Council will host over 280 competitors from 22 surf clubs this Saturday 24th May.
South Coast powerhouse and 2013 Premiership Champions, Kiama Downs SLSC, head into Round 2 with a healthy lead over 2013 NSW Champions Caves Beach SLSC. North Cronulla SLSC and South Maroubra SLSC are tied for third with Queenscliff SLSC rounding out the top 5.
The Batemans Bay Surf Life Saving Club have joined the Premiership for Round 2 and will be flying the flag for the locals while Wamberal SLSC has also been added to the Premiership.
Shellharbour SLSC and Kiama Downs SLSC are the other clubs from the South Coast competing this weekend.
