SILVER MEDALLION ADVANCED EMERGENCY CARE

COURSE PURPOSE

The aim of this course is to provide participants with the skills and knowledge to manage multifaceted emergency situations in an advanced manner.

PREREQUISITES

·      Minimum of 17 years of age on the date of assessment

·      Hold current SLSA Senior First Aid Certificate (CPR component 

       must have been
       updated within last 12 months)

·      Hold current SLSA Defibrillation Certificate      

·      Hold current SLSA Advanced Resuscitation Certificate

·      Problem Solving, Planning, Choosing Strategies
