USED NIPPER BOARDS URGENTLY WANTED!
Gerringong SLSC on the South Coast is after some unwanted nipper boards from clubs which may have some spare. This is a small club but has had a large influx of new nippers this year and needs some assistance with gear for the kids to use. Boardies-Day-2008-Logo for web WESTPAC ONBOARD FOR BOARDIES DAY
Westpac will again be lending a hand with fundraising efforts on Boardies Day - November 28, 2008. Westpac branches will be making contact with surf clubs in their local areas to offer assistance. If your club is taking part in Boardies Day, consider joining forces with your local Westpac branch.

November pride - for club mail PRIDE CAMPAIGN
What kind of surf lifesaver are you? This month the focus is on interaction with the public and we're encouraging clubs and patrol captains to engage in some positive PR activities on the beach and in their communities. Go to the website for some suggestions on raising the profile of your patrol.

NSW HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
The NSW High Performance Program will be held at Wanda and Cronulla on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th November 2008. Saturday includes athletes participating in the Surf Premiership and some presentations and video analysis of the day’s performances in the evening. Sunday will consist of practical training sessions with some high level coaches. Surf Life Saving NSW extends an invite to all coaches and those interested in becoming a coach to the Sunday sessions at Cronulla Beach to observe the programs and interact with some experienced coaches. LIFEGUARDS - ALL AREAS
The Australian Lifeguard Service is a division of Surf Life Saving, designed to provide Lifesaving Services to local government, private corporations and the community. The Australian Lifeguard Service is the largest provider of professional lifeguards in Australia.
We are currently seeking the services of duly qualified people to perform Lifeguard duties in various areas from 29th September, 2008 to 24th April, 2009, during the Summer months and Christmas School Holidays. Lifeguard information and application packs can be downloaded from our website:

Freshwater SLSC is staging a Masters carnival on Saturday 22 November with team and individual events. The Bennett Classic on Sunday 23 November will feature juniors in U9s to U14s in Board and Ironman events.
