First Aid - Flexible Delivery Workbook - This activity is to be completed prior to your attendance at the practical course component. All questions must be attempted. If you have any problems please bring these to the attention of the instructor during the practical component so that a full explanation can be given.

This workbook is a mandatory requirement of this first aid course. Only applicants who successfully complete the self-assessments in this workbook will be able to attend the face-to-face session. Please check with your course trainer for any other specific equirements.

The workbook needs to be completed using the current First Aid Training Manual - Active First Aid 7th Edition.
