#MYSURFLIFE // Summer may technically be over but the weekends are still providing some solid beach weather. Luckily our volunteer lifesavers are still patrolling until the 28 Aril so the public are in safe hands.

On behalf of our 78,000 members, we extend our support to the victims of the terrible incident in Bondi Junction at the weekend. Particularly, the family, friends and clubmates of the Bronte Surf Life Saving Club volunteer who was lost.

#ROTM // The lifesaver behind a major rescue on Sydneyโs Northern Beaches in January believes the efforts of herself and her patrol team should act as a reminder that swimming where there are no flags in challenging surf is a recipe for danger.
The bravery of Saskia Rundle-Trowbridge, her Inflatable Rescue Boat driver, Adam Kovac (Warriewood SLSC), and two members from Mona Vale Surf Life Saving Club Inc, has been acknowledged by being awarded the Surf Life Saving NSW Rescue of the Month for January.

Hannah, Amelia and Lauren took the voyage from New Zealand to take part in a Patrol Exchange Program and join our Queensie lifesavers for a weekend. We are sure they were warmly welcomed, and all parties were left with lifetime memories.
