2019 NSW Championships

The NSW Surf Life Saving Championships proudly supported by Your local Club returns to Blacksmiths Beach for 2019.

The State’s premier surf event has been held at Swansea Belmont on ten occasions most recently in 2018.

The event attracts around 6,000 competitors from all over NSW, along with 600 volunteer officials and up to 15,000 family and spectators.

• 23 - 24 February: Lifesaving Events (Champion Lifesaver Patrol Competition)
• 1 - 3 March: Age Championships (U9 - U14) Open First Aid Events
• 6 - 7 March: Masters Championships (Masters Boats on Friday 8 March)
• 8 - 10 March: Open Championships (U15 - Open)

Grab an orange collection bag on day one of the championships and and start collecting containers. Last year the Nippers from Umina SLSC managed to collect a massive 2,552 containers from the event so the benchmark has been set!
