Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of Management Accounts, including reconciled working papers
• Preparation and interpretation of data metric reporting
• Assisting in ‘closing the loop’ on coding errors – looking for patterns and working with the Finance team to minimise coding errors as we head to MYOB Advance

Essential experience required:

• Degree and professional qualification (CA or CPA)
• Solid Management Accounting experience, including:
  • Data reconciliation between systems
  • Preparation of management accounts
  • Dashboards
• Experienced in creating and analysing metric reporting
• Experience liaising with portfolio managers
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to plan for and meet deadlines
• A strong customer service approach to the broader organisation with timely responses to requests for information & the ability to quickly generate reports
• Advanced level of Excel Skills
• Ability to work autonomously, as part of a team
• Solutions oriented

Desirables:

• Experience in financial system implementation
• Process mapping
• Experience with fixed asset management
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI
• Experience with Salesforce (or similar), and MYOB Advance (or similar level ERP)
