Seeking an experienced administrator to join our enthusiastic Training and Education team at Surf Life Saving NSW.

Some of the duties will include:

  • Managing incoming calls and email inbox with a high level of customer service
  • Analysing report data and presenting consolidated results
  • Supporting the maintenance and sharing of training and education resources
  • Working cooperatively within a team, exchanging information and assist other team members to achieve team objectives and work outcomes


Essential skills required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment as well as operating autonomously;
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and multi task.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Intermediate Word skills

An understanding of the volunteer environment and/or knowledge of the Australian Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector would be an advantage.
