BLACK HEAD TO HOST NSW INTERBRANCH CHAMPIONSHIPS
Black Head SLSC will host the 2012 NSW Interbranch Championships on 8-9 December. Around 550 of NSW’s leading surf sports competitors and 50 officials will take part in the event. The Championships were last hosted by the Lower North Coast in 2009 when the event was held at Cape Hawke SLSC. Read more.

VENUE CHANGE
Surf Life Saving Australia will formally advise Events Queensland and the Gold Coast City Council of its intention to move the 2013 Australian Surf Life Saving Championships from Kurrawa Beach to a new primary host venue or venues on the Gold Coast. Read more.

Ocean Beach/Umina on the Central Coast will host the 2013 and 2014 NSW Surf Life Saving Championships. Juniors 1-3 March and Masters/Opens 7-10 March 2013.

Surf Life Saving NSW is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) providing Nationally Recognised and Workcover approved First Aid training to thousands of individuals, companies, schools and other organisation every year. For more, visit the Academy page.

Our mission is to provide a safe beach and aquatic environment throughout NSW. As the state's major water safety and rescue organisation, our 72,000 members also makes us one of the largest volunteer movements in Australia. Our primary role is to save lives on the beach and our 129 Surf Life Saving clubs protected more than 8 million beachgoers last season.
