Dr Vivien Forner is an applied psychology researcher at the interface between business and academia. She is deeply passionate about helping organisations access and apply evidence-based academic research to make better places for people to work.

Vivien is the Director of Research at the Institute of Management Psychology and a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Sydney. Her research interests focus on volunteering, motivation, leadership and work environments that promote wellbeing, productivity and thriving.

Vivien brings almost 15 years’ experience designing, implementing and evaluating leadership and organisational development interventions across emergency management, insurance, aged care, education, mental health and not-for-profit sectors. With a background in leadership and talent strategy, her applied industry experience has been in learning and development, leadership capabilities, talent management and succession planning. During this time Vivien had a strong interest in the identification and development of future organizational leaders and her academic work continues in this area.

Todd is an adventurer, award-winning documentary-maker, television presenter and businessman.

He is the co-creator of the Earth Hour initiative, one of the largest environmental movements in history.

The Financial Review and News Limited ranked him as one of the most influential executives in Australia.

Todd sits on the Board of Directors for Qantas.

Todd is also the breakout star of the hit ABC show the Gruen Planet and a co-host on the Channel 10 news show, The Project. He is the writer, producer and host of the award-winning documentary series Redesign My Brain, Life on the Line, Mirror Mirror and Discovery International adventure-science series BodyHack.

Outside of work, Todd enjoys mountaineering and has climbed to the top of Mount Everest unguided.

Gus Worland is a popular and much-loved Australian television and radio personality and the driving force behind the mental fitness charity Gotcha4Life. Gus started the not-for-profit foundation in 2017, following the success of the ABC series Man Up and losing a very close friend and life mentor to suicide. He realised he had the ability and networks to make a real difference, to help people develop the emotional muscle, resilience and social connections needed to build mental fitness and prevent suicide.

His presentations engage, educate and empower. He is passionate about inspiring action, creating meaningful mateship and encouraging everyone to speak up, reach out and develop the skills and connections needed for mental wellbeing.

He champions Meaningful Mateship and wants everyone to have a Gotcha4Life mate – a go-to person you can rely on and talk to about anything when times are tough, so no one has to worry alone.
