SLSNSW Announces New Board Members

Surf Life Saving NSW has announced four new members elected to the Board who will work with the current directors to govern and guide the volunteer organisation forward on behalf of its 75,000 members.


Clubs Cash In On Recycling

Surf Life Saving NSW partnered with Envirobank to help NSW surf clubs and the environment through the recycling of eligible containers. Over the 12 month period since the scheme started over 50 clubs have raised up to $1,800 each. They’re funds that can make a significant difference to any club.

 

Triple CPR In Byron Bay

With school holidays about to commence, the Australian Lifeguard Service (ALS) is pleading with the public to always swim at a patrolled location. Three people were pulled from the water in the last four days and remain in a critical condition. Two of the incidents occurred just 800m from the red and yellow flags.*
