Wanda SLSC invites beach competitors from U12 – Open to join them at their inaugural Beach Flag & Sprint Training Day. The day is set to be full of round robin activities including:
- Beach flag technique & turns
- Video footage & motivation
- Explosive power
- Baton changes
- Fitness/Workout/Boxercise
- Beach sprint starts & technique
- Stretching techniques
