We deliver nationally recognised and WorkSafe-approved First Aid training to thousands of participants each year across a wide range of industries and locations.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic, professional and engaging Casual First Aid Trainers to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality face-to-face and online training across Western Sydney, Wollongong and other locations throughout NSW.

About the Role

As a First Aid Trainer, you will play an important role in delivering engaging and compliant training programs that help individuals and organisations build lifesaving skills and knowledge.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering professional, high-quality accredited and non-accredited First Aid training
  • Facilitating both face-to-face and virtual learning sessions
  • Assessing and reviewing student assessments
  • Maintaining accurate training records and compliance standards
  • Assisting with the upkeep and maintenance of training equipment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering accredited and/or non-accredited training programs
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110, TAE40116, TAE40122 or equivalent)
  • Current First Aid qualifications
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence using technology to facilitate online learning
  • Experience in First Aid, Workplace Health & Safety, emergency services or a related field
  • Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • A current unrestricted driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle

Location: Various training locations across NSW, with a particular focus on growth in Western Sydney and Wollongong.
