Anybody at any age can be affected after experiencing a traumatic incident, stressful event or by the stresses of day-to-day life. It’s important to find the right kind of support, and below is some information to help you make sense of your experiences and do things that make you feel physically and emotionally safe.
A good first step to finding support options that are right for you is to speak to your parents, caregivers, or to your doctor or GP who can refer you to a mental health professional.
If you are in immediate danger call 000 as soon as possible.
