This is not your typical or boring Monday to Friday, 9- 5 role, therefore a flexible approach to work is essential as there will be some occasional evening or weekend hours required in return for time in lieu.
You will have the assistance 1 day a week, from an admin assistant to complete non confidential / repetitive tasks to assist with travel and event details in addition to assistance from the reception team throughout the week.

Duties will include:
- provide a high level of confidential & professional administrative support to the CEO
- produce accurate, high quality documents including correspondence, reports & agendas
- attend scheduled Management & Board meetings to record minutes
- Co-ordinating travel arrangements and event logistics
- delegating non confidential administrative work to the Admin Assistant and / or Receptionist
- coordinating & preparing presentation details for quarterly staff meetings
What you’ll need:
- 3-5 years EA experience (either EA or PA experience will be considered)
- energy, enthusiasm, can do attitude
- customer service oriented, proactive attitude & good initiative
- adaptability and comfortable with a changing schedule
- highly organised, ability to multitask & prioritise with high attention to detail
- experience in meeting minute taking, producing reports and briefing papers
- Co-ordinating agendas and meetings
- professional manner and presentation
- flexible approach to work hours, punctual & reliable
- proficient in MS Office with strong administration skills
- high level of confidentiality & ability to communicate appropriately at all levels
- ability to work autonomously with a high level of initiative
- Australian work rights are required
- Drivers Licence
