2026 Gotcha4Life 24 Hour Row
September 12 @ 12:00 pm - September 13 @ 12:00 pm

Surf Life Saving NSW is proud to continue its partnership with Gotcha4Life for the 24 Hour Row, a team relay on ergs that brings communities together to build mental fitness and raise vital funds.
Across 24 hours, teams take turns rowing, resting and rowing again. Nobody does it alone, and that’s exactly the point.
The 24 Hour Row began in 2018, when Avalon Beach Surf Life Saving Club took action after witnessing the devastating loss of too many lives to suicide on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Today, it has grown into a nationwide movement, bringing clubs, schools and communities together across Australia to row, connect and help more people build the mental fitness skills needed to navigate life’s ups and downs.
Get your club together and register for the 24 Hour Row on 12-13 September 2026. Every dollar raised helps fund prevention-focused programs that give people the practical skills to navigate life’s ups and downs, so no one worries.
