Dear fellow Lifesavers

Message from Dean A. Dudley, Deputy President Bulli SLSC
Each year for the last five years there is a group of about 130 hard yakka Swansea Belmont club members who don their bright green t-shirts to bring the State Championships to life. They’re at the beach well before dawn and are picking up the last piece of rubbish and pulling down the final roller door after the last competitor has driven back over the Belmont bridge.
A small south coast surf club believes it may have something no other club has - five mother and daughter combinations on the same patrol.
It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Surf Life Saving NSW and Surf Life Saving Australia Life Member Kevin Morrison from Nambucca Heads SLSC
The 2021 Junior Lifesavers of the Year from every Surf Life Saving Branch in NSW have come together in Sydney this week to challenge themselves and learn new skills. Of the 22 young participants, the overall NSW Junior Lifesaver of the Year (JLOTY) award was presented to Taylah Moffitt from Kempsey Crescent Head SLSC and Vivek Sirkari from Warriewood SLSC.
It is with great sadness Surf Life Saving NSW advises the passing of life member Reginald (Reg) Wood aged 94.
