Surf Sports in NSW is set for a shakeup following the release of Surf Life Saving NSW’s Surf Sports Re – Imagined – an inaugural surf sports strategy which will strive to position Surf Sports as NSW’s first choice coastal sport & recreational pursuit.

The 2022 National Short Course Surf Boat Championships were held at Queenscliff at the start of December with mixed divisions put to the test for the first time. NSW crews took out 10 of the 12 events and saw two teams selected to represent Australia as a result.
