2020 Surf Life Saving NSW Annual Report

The 113th Surf Life Saving New South Wales Annual Report details the achievements and performance of Surf Life Saving NSW (SLSNSW) for 2019-20 and highlights the breadth of our services and activities. Across our 129 Surf Life Saving clubs, our 75,000 volunteer members worked together to achieve the key goals of; saving lives, creating great Australians and building better communities.

In this edition we feature the NSW Government Surf Club Facility Grants, which has seen $4 million in funding awarded to 26 NSW surf clubs, the award winning and largest co-ordinated and resourced search and rescue operation in the history of Surf Life Saving Illawarra and the incredible efforts of surf clubs around the country in raising $130,000 for mental health charities during the 24 Hour Row.
