2019 Surf Life Saving NSW Annual Report

The 112th Surf Life Saving New South Wales Annual Report details the achievements and performance of Surf Life Saving NSW (SLSNSW) for 2018-19 and highlights the breadth of our services and activities. Across our 129 Surf Life Saving clubs, our 75,000 volunteer members worked together to achieve the key goals of; saving lives, creating great Australians and building better communities.

SurfLIFE Magazine Issue 39 – May 2019

In this edition, we bring the Australian beach culture and colour to the city as the official charity partner of the 2019 Sydney Lunar New Year Festival. We explore the significant impact drones are having on our search and rescue and beach surveillance capabilities. We also look back at the successful mass rescue of 40 people at North Cronulla in February and the impressive efforts of two young lifesavers who didn’t hesitate to assist a swimmer in distress.
