BLACKROLL Activation & Recovery Series For Beach Athletes

The BLACKROLL and Surf Life Saving NSW Activation and Recovery Series is here to teach surf lifesavers the benefits of rolling and trigger work using rollers, balls and bands. This seven-part series will provide exercises for each of our Surf Life Saving areas including; IRBs, Surf Boats, Pool Rescue, Beachies, Rescue Ready Lifesavers, Nippers and Water Athletes.

The 2020 NSW Your local club Inclusive Championships was held on Sunday 1 March at Swansea Belmont as part of the NSW Championships event. The Council of Australian Governments (COAG) meeting today advised against holding non-essential, organised public gatherings of more than 500 people. In light of this advice, Surf Life Saving Australia is cancelling the 2020 Australian Surf Life Saving Championships.

Northern NSW Surf Sports Athletes Shine at State Champs

The Surf Life Saving NSW 2020 State Championships wrapped-up on Sunday at Swansea Belmont, Lake Macquarie, with northern NSW surf sports athletes from Cudgen Headland, Lennox Head, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Sawtell and Woolgoolga performing strongly in all event disciplines.
